The Head Office of the Anthropological Survey of India in Kolkata has a guest house that also serves as transit accommodation for the staff of this organization. The institutions and organizations that collaborate with AnSI for organizing any academic events can avail the guest house facility following the due procedures. Similarly, the students and scholars who may visit the AnSI library for research related work can also avail the facility of guest house following the due procedure. The WRC, Udaipur offers a guest house, and prospective guests can secure reservations by emailing howrc@ansi.gov.in or contacting the staff directly. Booking charges follow the prescribed rates set by the Government of India for A cities, with Udaipur classified as such for tourism purposes.
